All items are in stock (unless otherwise stated).
Personalised items are made to order and may be sent separately from standard items - please allow extra time for personalised items to be delivered.
We aim to despatch the majority of orders within 2 days of receiving them.
At the check out you will have the opportunity to choose your prefered despatch option.
Orders over £30 are dispatched free of charge using our standard delivery which is the Royal Mail 2nd class service unless a different despatch option is chosen. In this case the amount specified for the option chosen will be charged.
Orders for next working day delivery will be despatched by Royal Mail Special delivery or City Link courier depending upon weight. This option is only available if the order is placed by 1.00pm on a working day. Please note next working day delivery items will require a signature. Next working day excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Normal delivery times are as follows: -
Royal Mail 2nd class - 7 working days
Royal Mail 1st class - 1-3 working days
Next Working Day - By 5.30pm on the next working day, excludes Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays, signature required.
