Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch & Maestro card payments can be taken over the telephone.

Delivery

We aim to process your order within 2 days of receipt but please allow 10 working days to avoid disappointment. Please allow 14 days for personalised items, however most personalised items are produce "in-house" and therefore we usually dispatch quickly but, If you require personalised goods urgently, please call us and we will try to achieve your deadline.  Where Items are temporarily out of stock, dispatch may be delayed. We will advise if the delay is likely to exceed 28 days.  Any order discrepancies should be reported to us within 7 days of receipt or your order either via email or telephone.

All items are subject to availability.

Orders over £30 prior to carriage are dispatched free of charge to UK mainland addresses only. Standard delivery charges are as follows:

UK Standard Delivery £2.95 = to UK Postcode addresses via royal mail 2nd class post or courier (depending on weight of package).

UK Next Day (order by 1pm) £8.95 =  to UK Postcode Addresses  via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier (depending on weight of package)  Please Note: If your order is recieved by 1pm we will dispatch your order same day, in most cases Items should be delivered next day by 5.30pm but due to reasons beyond our control (such as stike action) we are unable to offer a 100% guarantee with this service. We will notify you via email in the unlikely event that any item on your order is out of stock.

Europe £9.95 = dispatch via Royal Mail or other carrier as appropriate - we will notify you via email of carrier used and approximate delivery time

Rest of the World £14.95 = dispatch via carrier as appropriate - we will notify you via email of carrier used and approximate delivery time. 

Please note in the event that carriage costs are excessive due to location, volume or weight we reserve the right to renegotiate carriage costs.

Representation of Goods

Every effort is made to represent goods accurately, however due to the hand applied nature of some products, slight variation may occur.

The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Every effort is made to describe goods accurately.

Returns Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however, non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. goods should be returned in the original packaging and original condition. Faulty goods should be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. Due to the nature of personalised items, they are non returnable unless faulty or incorrect due to an error in production. We are sorry but we are unable to refund P&P or returns postage on unwanted goods. When returning goods we strongly recommend proof of posting is obtained.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
